How does the booking process work?

The booking process can be a little different for everyone. However, to start, simply contact us via our inquiry form or phone number. We will discuss your vacation, and then offer a few options. After you have decided on your itinerary, we will send you an invoice that allows you to enter your credit card details securely. Your trip will then be confirmed, we will send all necessary documents with trip information. Up front, we will ask for your travel documents, we will notify you of terms and conditions, and be clear about travel considerations. 

Fees?

Yes, we do have a flat fee. We believe our knowledge and expertise is worth it. International trips are $50 per person and Domestic trips are $25 per person. Our fees are invoiced clearly and are due when you pay. We do not add any other fees onto the bookings. Note that there can always be fees from airlines or tour operators if you need to change or cancel anything. 

Affiliations? 

We are affiliated with Travel Leaders. This way we have access to a multitude of reliable sources in addition to the operators and suppliers that we already know.  We are an small independent agency and we strive to offer the best for our clients.

The way we do this is by offering premier flights, partnering with guides that we personally know, tour operators that we have experienced and sending our clients to resorts that we know are the best. We highly recommend travel insurance for every trip, this makes your life easier should anything unexpected happen out of our control.  A note on flights: we commit to offer flights that fit your time and schedule. We hope to align with your budget as well, however we don't want to offer flights that keep you in the airport, have many stops, or are not with quality carriers. We can't control the weather or delays but we can ensure that the value we offer is unmatched!
